Having a `IO.idr` file in the project folder breaks the Atom and VS Code plugins #4682

For VS Code: swr1bm86/vscode-idris#113
For Atom: idris-hackers/atom-language-idris#179

Removing it does make the error go away, but I had to waste 40m just now figuring out why everything broke all of a sudden.
