indentation is incorrect for subheadings in table of contents #37

Each sub-heading is progressively indented ever-farther - and this is too far.

  • Create a overview TOC after the titlepage down to section
  • Create local TOCs for Volume I, Volume II, and the Appendices from section down to subparagraph

Align markers and heading texts vertically.
Give page numbers a tad more room.

These are great suggestions and resources.

In particular, for the full report, I really like the idea of a mini-toc.

What style of TOC would you personally enjoy most for the full report?
