FYI Launch fails with Error message:
Mac-mini ~ % /Applications/Utilities/Clipy.app/Contents/MacOS/Clipy ; exit;
Clipy/Realm+Migration.swift:71: Fatal error: 'try!' expression unexpectedly raised an error: Error Domain=io.realm Code=2 "Unable to open a realm at path '/Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/com.clipy-app.Clipy/default.realm': Unsupported Realm file format version (23)"
