Add Game History and Reset Button

I propose two enhancements for the Tic Tac Toe game:
Game History: Implement a feature to maintain a log of past games and outcomes for players to review.
Reset Button: Add a button that allows players to reset the game state without refreshing the page, making it easier to start a new game.
