Want to redesign the homepage with better UI-UX and more appealing.

I think the Home page is simple also the colors are not according to theme. The tic-tac-toe block is blue while the home buttons are green. I think I can make a better homepage matching the theme also I will try to add animations displaying a tic-tac-toe moving and make it more attentive.

Please assign me this issue.
