Put a window as a child of another window

I have the following starting layout:

I have to end up with the following layout:

So "Window 3" must switch from being a child of Window 1 to being a child of Window 4.

I'm using the dwindle layout.

What is the shortest way to do that?

I ended up focusing on Windows 4, creating a new child, swapping this child with "Window 3", and then deleting it, as the following video shows:
