Requirement

To keep with the requirements of being a Graduated project in the LFDT, it would be good to keep track of the OpenSSF score of the project by using the official action https://github.com/ossf/scorecard-action?tab=readme-ov-file#workflow-setup-required to create a scorecard

Steps

Think about how this works with multiple repos
