Run all in one systemd target

run hyperc-proxy form systemd
run postgresql portable on sockets
change proxy to work with unix sockets instead of addr/port
install hyperc_transit procedure directly from source code in hyper-etable repo
install testdb database (and NEW hyperc_transit procedure from source above)
