Hi Paro, I'm currently preparing a new release of RED (v2.3) and I will also provide a portable version again :)
I also added the portable package of 2.2. to the Github release page, so you don't have to click through the sourceforge page.
Also thanks Joe for the link to the current portable version.

I want to use it on a pendrive and it will be nice to have settings portable too!
Is it possible to store config file inside the program folder instead of AppData?
