Right now, the accordions are shut tighter than a bad mussel if you turn off javascript. It would be better if every accordion panel is open by default, which can easily be done by adding an "active" class to the content element. Then hide the panels again when initiating the accordion with JS.
This applies to the Tabs functionality as well btw, but that will be slightly more difficult since tabs are designed to only have 1 panel open at a time.
