Salda Smarty connection failure 2025.1.0 VS MBgateway 1.14.1

The problem

Salda Smarty can not connect to MBgateway ( Gateway for ventilation unit).
I mean in the first pop up window after +Add integration clicked

There is fixed IP adress. DHCP is OFF.
Salda apllication on android and website are working fine.
Home assistant on VMware virtual machine.
