feat: add tube archivist integration

Well, as a startup, maybe being able to connect to the tubearchivist-metrics to collect the following information:

• Number of channels
• Number of playlists
• Number of downloads
• Number of downloads (pending)
• Number of subtitles downloaded for videos

Maybe, not include them all once the service is added to the dashboard, but allow the user to customize what information to gather from it and display on the dashboard. For example, I'm not interested in subtitles and playlists, only channels and downloads (queued).

There's also an API available for local requests (also PUT) to collect different information if wanted. I use the API to collect some information with GET, using an Android app (Tasker), so I don't need to access the WebUI.
