Angled Text not aligned with Vertical Bars #239

When setting the text angle for the number of elements in the vertical sets, the number appears off to the side and is not aligned with the bars drawn. Is there any way to adjust the position of the text to moved left/right so as to (even manually) align with whats drawn?
