Summary

https://codebattle.hexlet.io/cdn-cgi/rum? returns 204 status code, and tournament can't be created. Tournament page is not opening.

Reproduction steps

1. Click on your nickname to open a drop-down list 
2. Select “Tournaments” from the drop-down list
3. Go to the part of the page "Create a new tournament"
4. Click the "Create" button

Expected result

The user can create a new tournament on the “Tournaments” page

Actual result

The user cannot create a new tournament on the “Tournaments” page
