not enabling CONFIG_INPUT_MOUSEDEV makes twin unusable in tty #237

without the CONFIG_INPUT_MOUSEDEV enabled twin doesn't work with mouse in tty effectively rendering it unusable

enabling it doesn't introduce any new issues so i see no reason to not enable it

it is a pretty nice option especially for low end chromebooks due to it's lightweight nature and retro appeal

some ppl might be interested in trying it out

thanks for the hint - i have noted down CONFIG_INPUT_MOUSEDEV for the next kernel-config-options update
