What's the problem we want to solve with this?

Trying to figure out what this might look like, and how you prevent wide spread abuse.

This intends to save the effort to manually grant the koins on Thursday, people could just upload the photo and add the tag then auto-receive the koin

Could do some simple validation, e.g) one koin / person / week / on Thursday only, not sure if there is any image recognization tool (better offline for photo privacy concern) we could use to validate if a photo is a real cat shirt though, if yes then we could use it, otherwise may have to "trust" people are uploading real cat shirt photo.

Hrm... if you can find a Go lib that we can mess with to do some image recognition, I'm all for trying it out :)
