At a minimum might be able to add a filter here:
https://github.com/helgatheviking/Radio-Buttons-for-Taxonomies/blob/trunk/inc/class-wordpress-radio-taxonomy.php#L84

so folks could remove support for certain post types.

Ideally, might add more options to the Settings page.
