Error while reading video

Hello,

I tried you web server. It seems working well except with "Sub the title".
When I submit the form, an error occurs.
The exception is on loadsave.cpp:715
Assertion failed in function cv::imwrite.

I tried gif & avi. Same result.
Do you have an idea ?
