Could we blend nearby pixels to fill-in for the lost ones, so instead of "snow" it would appear more like a blur?

I think this could be implemented in goggles themselves, without any extra processing on VTX side. I'm not familiar with how already-busy goggle's hardware is and don't know how this would affect performance and delay, just an idea.

As an addition - active "blending" algorithm could vary from the amount of lost pixels (if such a metric exists). I guess that in really intense scenarios like a drone flying over "that one corner" of a circuit where the signal is worst and half of an image is snow this approach would introduce lag and stuttering.
