PicoKeyer emits muted clicks ceasing proper radio operation #52

Rockmite started emitting muted clicks with no reception of static or other stations, and no keyer control. I assumed the issue might have been do to water penetrating the radio case during the rain. I also assumed that the mixer and/or final amplifier were broken. This was not the case. After switching out the radio board for a spare (the original flying rockmite) and verifying proper operation, we swapped the picokeyer back in to be met with muted clicks. Replacing the picokeyer with the original keyer returned operation to normal.

The tack soldering joint (orange wire below) for the keyer programmer switrch broke on the new install. The wire is now looped around pin 4 of the PIC

The PIC was in fact burned out. A replacement PIC fixed the issue.
