Positive power lead on keyer/supply broken #32

The lead broke mid QSO attempt. In the end, the leads should be more securely routed under the board.

The wire was tinned and then soldered to the top of the board. (The under board connections are a longer term fix, and may not actually do the trick since there will still be strain on the wires. An enclosing box, while clunkier might be the way to go.

After #23 the strict power check was performed after the fix. The CAT-5 cable was disconnected, and voltage was measured between terminals 1 and 3 to ensure that it was the correct polarity:

Finally, the radio was tested via Utah SDR

Finally putting some numbers to our procedures, the radio was at S7 on the omnidirectional antenna at about 12:32 PM on 12/31/22. (Need better timestamping on twitch stereams.)
