GitHub has introduced bandwidth and request limits for GitHub Pages, see https://help.github.com/articles/what-is-github-pages/#usage-limits (via https://twitter.com/denormalize/status/811463934188191745). We should better move the blog to a hbz server in the future, latest when it becomes clear that we actually will use the blog regularly.
