Add gmavenplus to auto load the agent to argline rather than keeping jar in repo

easy fix, rely on the last release version as is done in a couple spots already to load the agent directly from m2 cache removing need to store the agent.jar here which I'm not certain it states how to even build that. user usage uses the jmockit jar as it contains the agent anyways.
