abigiuous dependency ECM in documentation

The required ECM refers to Extra Cmake Modules. While ecm is the package name in KDE, the ecm package on ubuntu is for the elliptic curve methode. The right package name there is extra-cmake-modules. And the link of ECM doesn't work.
