Our hosting service (Aptible) requires the gRPC health/v1 health checks to be supported to expose a gRPC endpoint. Specifically, they require support for an empty service name check (see here)
We are presently using the hatchet lite docker image, and as far as I can tell from your code there is no way to enable these health checks by option or extension of the image. Would it be possible to request that this be added, either as a default or an option? Otherwise it will be impossible for us to deploy hatchet.
