Is there a way to subscribe to some callback after file upload? I haven't find anything like this in sources.

this is a duplication of #4 .. This feature has never been supported. You can implement it. In the past, I gave it a try and results you can see in #4, but it was not working properly and then I realised I don't need it at all, so I didn't finalise it - you can :).
