Missing feature: Import Projects

Today the user can import projects from various sources. This is missing in the new UI.

@abhinavrastogi-harness The current import repo page is developed and reviewed based on the styles of the create repo page. We haven’t modified the logic for the providers. With that in mind, how can we assist with this task?

At some point, we created a new design prototype for the import repo page, but it still seems to be under discussion (on hold afaik, same as project selector). As such, I’m not entirely sure what work is required here.
