<H4><A NAME="description">Description</A></H4>
<P>The ACTION^XQALERT API processes an alert for a user, if that user is the current
user. Processing of the alert happens exactly as if the user had chosen to
process the alert from the <strong>View Alerts</strong> menu.</P>
