#12 Adds active class to current menu item
6fbac80 
- Adds metalsmith-register-helpers plugin
- Adds helper to evaluate equality
- Tests if the the current page being processed matches the current nav item being processed and if true, then add "active" class
- Changes main script from index.js to build.js
- Makes all command scripts executable (build, serve, deploy)
