My work is to achieve image uploading and gallery

- 1.add the moudle of add_plan to the project(including join the plan and del)
- 2.upload the head portrait
- 3.add album moudle instead of the img (including the create the database table and jsp)
- 4.change the path of save img
- 5.adjust the css and js make it look not so ugly
