no manage.py is running fine. What were you trying to do when this error occured?I mean what changes did you made in the project?

It may be running fine on your system but there maybe problems in others. @nishutosh

@axios047 Did you follow the instructions provided in the docs? Was there any errors when executing previous instructions.
If there were please share the error message here after you copy from the cmd-line prompt besides the above error log. Also share which version of python and django you are using.
