Remove high-level API

Harfbuzz has a simple API, and we're also going to implement its methods in three different ways (in #1). Having something called high-level, which isn't that high-level at all, just makes go-harfbuzz more complex and harder to maintain.

With that said, I'm going to drop the high-level API support/plan and anything related to it.
