Feature: Add Tabs to Notepad Widget #1361

It'd be useful to break up the notepad widget to allow you to create multiple notes, similar to Notepad++, Visual Studio, etc.

It will likely require a way to 'name' each tab as well, or they could start with a default generated name and just be re-nameable.
