If we empty the value in the input and clicked outside of the input or by clicking next button page is moving to top only Internet Explorer. The problem is happening only when error message appears. Please suggest me a solution to fix this.

Did you maybe used localisations?
Had the pitfall that I included not the distribution versions of the I18n stuff. That did not work in IE because the arrow functions breaks everything in IE11.

But with the right import everything is fine.
