Merge the functions of panqc to reduce redundancy

Hi, I have been using Panaroo for a long time, but I have been troubled by the redundancy and incompleteness of gene annotation in different software. I have read PanQC and used this software (https://github.com/maxgmarin/panqc). According to the author's introduction, it can remove the redundancy caused by software annotation. Can this software be integrated into Panaroo as an additional sub-function?
