As part of select_ROIs, an automatic approach to detect residuals (printed texts on the template) can be used by running OCR detection by one of (or multiple?) the services. These can be then removed from the extracted text.

It might be also useful to be able to remove residuals or add them manually (for now, it is possible to just edit the JSON config).
