Assets for releases don't include compiled binary #40

The releases contain .zip and .tar.gz directories of the source code. I had thought the https://github.com/grimme-lab/multicharge/releases/download/v0.3.0/multicharge-0.3.0.tar.xz link would include a compiled binary, but it looks like it is just the source code as well.

It looks like the Github actions to produce artifacts was fixed in https://github.com/grimme-lab/multicharge/actions/runs/11532448114.
