Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, serialization is performed with MessagePack. Surveys have revealed that other serialization options, such as zpp_bits, may perform better.

Describe the solution you'd like
Explore zpp_bits and potentially other serialization solutions to find which one provides the best performance under the DTIO usecase. If the optimal solution provides sufficient benefit over MessagePack, implement its serialization into HCL and modify DTIO's structures to support it. If not, close issue.
