Sending Labs command via HTTP API?

I'm really sorry if this has been discussed already. I need to find a way to send Labs command other than via QR codes. I was wondering if there is a way to do it via network. The AI Chatbot suggested to use the endpoint /gp/gpControl/command/transmit?value= but I couldn't make it work.

Any suggestion?
