Issue description

Is it possible to play live smoothstream video without downloading manifest file every 5 seconds?

Reproduction steps

Play any SS live video.

Version of ExoPlayer being used

2.2.0

Device(s) and version(s) of Android being used

Nexus player 7.1.2
