Maintenance status

Hello, what is the maintenance status of this project? I see that the last release was almost 2 years ago and there are a lot of PRs waiting for review.

For anyone who is interested,

• There is an active (WIP) GCP library for Rust: https://github.com/yoshidan/google-cloud-rust
• I merged some of the PRs to my fork: https://github.com/orhun/google-cloud-rs

Nevertheless, it would be nice to see some activity on this repository.
