Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When making a Course free, you still need to go to every lesson and mark it as free one by one.

Describe the solution you'd like
Global course option to make all lessons free. Show a message where the "Free" toggle would appear in the Course Builder linking them to the global option.
