Allow to have a custom "Open With" link in the <> Code button

Feature Description

In my opinion it would be nice, if administrators could add a custom "Open With" provider in the code button.
For example we use coder.com (as a selfhosted alternative to codespaces) and it would be nice, if we can simply add a new link, where a person can open the git project within a new coder instance.

The URL would be like this:
https://coder.domain.com/templates/base/workspace?mode=auto&param.git_repo=https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea
