Auction additional details: add a link to the 'auctioneer' to navigate to a signer adderss

We show 'Ask the auctioneer to get allow-listed.' message when an auction is a private.
It would be nice, I think to point on a signer address and add a link to the 'auctioneer' word in order to help a user to identify a signer address.

As another option, rename 'Signer Address' to 'Auctioneer', and add a tooltip with explanation that auctioneer = signer address.
