On mainnet many users submitted their tx with a low gas price. Hence, the tx was not mined and the UI got stuck in the claiming process. We need to find a solution for that, though I am not sure how we can archive it.
One option that comes to my mind is to make sure that the claiming tx is recent. E.g. if after 6 hours the tx is not mined, we forget about it.
Curious on your solutions. Maybe we can investigate how other projects are solving it. I know that gnosis has this issue within all their projects and also uniswap has not really solved it in their UX, as you can see from the approve logic.
