Incompatible with lxml >=5.2.0

👋 hello, I help maintain homebrew-core. Recently in trying to bump this formula's python deps, we found we couldn't update to the latest lxml pypi versions, related to codelucas/newspaper#972 in newspaper.

Just wanted to flag, seems like there's a solution to switch to an updated dependency module in lxml_html_clean.
