strip.css is still not minified - see if this can be simply reworked as a sass partial.

None of the javascript is minified. It's not the biggest issue because both custom written files are quite small & aren't 'render-blocking' but it is still worth doing.

CSS is now minified -> dfb3804

Font-awesome is now not the entire library but only those which are included on the site > cedf9e8
