Hi,
In the XML file that the glpi agent sends on French windows, the accents are not sent correctly ""Récupération" ,
can you correct the problem?

well... can you tell which agent version you're using ? Can you tell which GLPI version you're using ? Can you provide an inventory sample, or at least the output of the following command run from an administrative console and from the agent folder ?

glpi-inventory --debug --partial=drive

You can obfuscate the winprodkey attribut from the hardware section in the inventory.
