Add Brawl banlist

Brawl and Standard are so closely related that I think a Brawl banlist would not be out of place on this website.

While the current Standard banlist is rather lengthy, it will be much more reasonable after rotation. (Both Standard and Brawl will have one card in their banlists, assuming nothing is added.)

Currently, I don't agree. That could change in the future though. Since the redesign I feel that the site is too busy visually, and have been trying to think up ways to boil it back down. So right now adding another section not vital to understanding Standard would be a no from me.

But we can talk again when we're back down to a visually simple site, I agree it's worth thinking about because the differences are so minor.
