A repository to show the issue with Bazel remote parallelism not going beyond 200

How do I run this?

Update RBE_INSTANCE and CREDENTIALS_FILE in runbuild.sh to point to the appropriate instance and a valid creds json file. Then just run ./runbuild.sh script.
